Welcome to the EuropIA Institute
Institut EuropIA, founded in 2019 and chaired by Marco Landi, is a non-profit organization of general interest located in Sophia-Antipolis technology park. Our goal is to foster and raise public awareness on Artificial Intelligence as well as to offer opportunities for startups in the Tech industry. Institut EuropIA has the ambition to co-create and build a national and international network for Alpes-Maritimes’ ecosystem (France), called a "Land of AI".

Artificial intelligence has played a significant role in the Alpes-Maritimes for many years, as evidenced by the establishment of the Maison de l'Intelligence Artificielle in 2018. There are also a number of initiatives, including Smart Deal 06 and OTESIA, the first Observatory of the Impact of AI on Humans.
